The Platform is intended solely for Business users (including exhibitors, trade visitors, buyers, sellers, manufacturers, distributors, and similar business roles). Consumers or private individuals acting outside a business context may not use the Platform. 3.1 仅限企业使用。平台仅供企业用户使用（包括参展商、专业观众、采购商、卖方、制造商、分销商及 类似商业角色）。消费者或在非商业场景下行事的个人不得使用本平台。 3.2 Minimum age and authority. All individuals accessing the Platform must be at least 18 years old and must confirm they are acting on behalf of a Business. Exhibition Services BV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially associated with any Organizer or any particular Fair, unless we expressly state such association in a signed written agreement.

We are not a party to any contract, transaction, or negotiation between Users or between Users and any Organizer or partner. You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and for all activity under your Account. You must not upload, store, or transmit medical or health data, or other sensitive personal information, through the Platform. CRM features are provided as a business tool. 9.1 Partner messages during/after Fairs. During or after a Fair, you may receive messages or offers from Exclusive Partners relating to: hotels/accommodation, flights/transport, events, shipping/logistics, food and beverage, and other business services. By accepting these conditions you give your permission to be contacted by and or on behalf of us, by any associated partner. You retain ownership of the Content you upload, subject to the licenses you grant in these Terms. 11.2 Images remain the IP of their creators. Images uploaded to the Platform are not owned by Exhibition Services BV. 暂停与终止 13.1 Suspension/removal for breach. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts (and remove Content) if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, violated law, or created risk or harm to the Platform, other Users, partners, or rightsholders. 13.1 因违约而暂停/移除。如我们有合理理由认为您违反了本条款、违反法律，或对平台、其他用户、合 作伙伴或权利人造成风险或损害，我们可暂停、限制或终止账户（并移除相关内容）。 13.2 Termination by you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exhibition Services BV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for
